CARIBOU & COLLINSVILLE, VA — John left this early life for his heavenly home on Saturday, April 23 after a long illness. John was born on July 3, 1934 to George and Geraldine Beale. John was an army veteran and worked as a salesman for many years. He was a lifetime member of the VFW.

John is survived by his wife, Merleen of 59 years, daughter Kim Cousins and her husband Lewis of Caribou, daughter Beth Burks and her husband Jeff of Martinsville, VA., his son Christopher Beale of Lumberton, MS., and his son, Kirk Beale of Collinsville, VA.
John is also survived by his sister, Kate Sunday and her husband George of Houston, TX., sister Pat Lawson and her husband, Dick of Sugarland, TX., sister Barbara Mock of Long Island, NY., 4 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews.
He is predeceased by his mother Geraldine Beale, father George Beale and his brother Fred Beale.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Caribou Veterans Administration. Graveside services will be held in Caribou at a later date.
