Trapping course planned
PRESQUE ISLE — The Northern Maine Trappers Association will sponsor a trapping safety program at the Presque Isle Fish and Game Club.
Class times are Friday, May 13, 6-8:30 p.m., and Sunday, May 22, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Students ages 10-12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

School committee to meet
NEW SWEDEN — The New Sweden School Department will hold a regular monthly meeting on Thursday, May 12, at the school.
The meeting will begin at 6 p.m.
