The students helped move the United Way office from 9 Dyer St. to its new location at the Aroostook Centre Mall. At the check presentation are, from left, Elaine Sipe, United Way finance manager and office administrator; Joe Lallande, UWA board member; Wanda Glovins, 211 Maine resource coordinator; Sherry Locke, UWA executive director; Dan Bagley, UWA board president; and Honor Guard members Nicholas Hutchinson, Jason Potts, Jeff Gireaudore, Lawerence Monterio  and Kevin Dejesus. The donation will help the group pay for their annual trip to Washington D.C. United Way officials said the students were a joy to work with and they look forward to working with them more on future projects.
