David S. Kotsikoros, 32, Presque Isle: probation violation, 120 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Benjamin T. Sirois, 29, Bangor: probation violation, probation continued, no sentence imposed.
Andrew Marquis, 38, Fort Kent: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, no sentence imposed.
Gregory D. Malone, Jr., 20, Monticello: probation violation, probation revoked, no sentence imposed.
Dawn M. Cyr, 37, Grand Isle: probation violation, 45 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Candace Giberson, 52, Mars Hill: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 120 days in jail, all but 10 days suspended, one year administrative release sentence.
Laura L. MacArthur, 26, Presque Isle: stealing drugs, one year in jail, all but 30 days suspended, one year probation; and unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, one year in jail, all but 30 days suspended.
Christopher M. Tuttle, 28, Presque Isle: probation violation, 286 days in jail, probation revoked.
John A. McBreairty, 23, Caribou: failing to stop all terrain vehicle, $500 fine.
Eric Stone, 44, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 10 days in jail, all suspended, one year administrative release sentence.
Ryan Jason Goodine, 34, Washburn: reckless conduct, $250 fine.
Jeremy McKay, 30, Woodland: driving to endanger, $575 fine, 30-day license suspension.
Colby L. Doucette, 25, Washburn: probation violation, 147 days in jail, probation revoked.
William McArthur, 25, Presque Isle: probation violation, seven months in jail, probation revoked.
Chris A. Russell, 47, Bridgewater: reckless conduct, $400 fine.
Shane L. Graves, 25, Fort Fairfield: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $1,000 fine, four years in prison, all but 15 months suspended, two years’ probation, and $120 restitution.
