CARIBOU — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Caribou Courthouse during the month of April.
Ariana J. Myshrall, 25, Easton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 120 days in jail, $120 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 48 hours in jail; and violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
Frederick D. Kimball, 64, Caribou: operating while under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, seven days in jail, 150-day license suspension; and violating condition of release, $200 fine, 48 hours in jail.
Brenda Wilcox, 53, Connor Twp.: assault, $300 fine, five days in jail.
Henry Rodriguez, 26, Presque Isle: violating protection from abuse order, $200 fine; operating vehicle without license, $200 fine; and violating condition of release, $100 fine.
Reighel Waugh, 27, Caribou: assault, $300 fine, seven days in jail.
Azamat Vulu Abdykaltz, 26, Chicago: rule violation, operation with false duty status, $500 fine.
Fila Clark, 21, Auburn: permitting unlawful use, $250 fine.
Darci L. Sands, 28, Van Buren: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, 150-day license suspension.
Leo Rideout, 50, Fort Fairfield: failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, $250 fine.
Richard J. Churchill, Jr., 24, Washburn: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, one year in prison; operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine, 20 days in jail; and violating condition of release, five days in jail.
Torres Jeronimo Becker, 25, Caribou: cruelty to animals, $500 fine, 30 days in jail, and one year probation.
Joshua Jandreau, 24, Stockholm: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; and failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.
Desirae Walker, 30, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine and $50 restitution.
Richard Dean Kinney, 42, Presque Isle: acquiring drugs by deception, $400 fine.
Reno Little, 23, Caribou: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $150 fine; and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
Nathan P. Sirois, 25, Van Buren: operating vehicle without license (two counts), $250 fine (first) and $350 fine (second).
Jasmine E. Donovan, 23, Monticello: violating condition of release, $250 fine, 48 hours in jail.
Angela Day, 22, Presque Isle: operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.
Eugene D. Dow, 50, Mapleton: criminal mischief, $150 fine.
