CARIBOU — The following cases were heard in District Court at the Caribou Courthouse during the month of April.
Cathy Simon, 58, Mapleton: harassment by telephone, $150 fine.
Steven Butler, 38, Washburn: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $350 fine.
Heather Fillmore, 39, Meriden, Conn.: assault, $300 fine.
Nolan A. Cunningham, 32, Presque Isle: stealing drugs, $400 fine, 18 months in prison, all but six months suspended and two years’ probation.
