New golf coach hired at PIHS
PRESQUE ISLE, Maine — Adam Flynn has been hired as the new varsity golf coach at Presque Isle High School.
SAD 1 Athletic Administrator Mark White made the announcement last week.
Adam Flynn, a 2013 PIHS graduate, played golf for the Wildcats from 2009-12 and also played hockey and baseball during his high school athletic career.
He is finishing up a degree in secondary math education at the University of Maine at Orono and resides in Caribou.
Flynn replaces Daren Hunter, who was the team’s head coach from 2013-15.
