PRESQUE ISLE — New Ventures Maine has announced they have extended the deadline to apply for “downtown dollar” grant funding to June 17.
Downtown businesses with five or fewer employees, gross annual sales of $250,000 or less, and who have been in business five years or less may apply for up to $400 to market their micro-business, said Karin Petrin, microenterprise specialist at the local New Ventures office in Presque Isle.
