HPD Corner
Now that schools are letting out for the summer, will you know where your kids are?
The HPD is vigilant on keeping your children out of harm’s way. With today’s peer pressure, drug and alcohol abuse, and just hanging with the wrong crowd, we know parents just want the best for their children.
The Houlton town ordinance does have a curfew law which says that, Sunday through Thursday, children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian from 11 p.m. until 5 a.m. the next morning. On Friday and Saturday, the curfew is midnight until 5 a.m. the next morning.
Help us to enforce the curfew law. Know where your children are!
