David Alward, Canada’s Consul General to New England, spoke at the Central Aroostook Chamber of Commerce’s June 14 business breakfast. He discussed how Canada and the U.S. work closely together on trade, commerce, energy and cross-border security measures, and also had a question-and-answer session.
