HOULTON, Maine — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Houlton Courthouse during the month of May.

John J. Pettengill, 45, South Portland: operating after habitual offender revocation, three priors (two counts), $1,000 fine, two years in prison (each); and failure to stop, remain, provide information, 60 days in jail.

Frederick Noyes, 56, Crystal: domestic violence assault and illegal possession of firearm, 30 days in jail (each).

Gilbert Chaloux, 29, Houlton: aggravated assault, six years in prison, all but 18 months suspended, three years’ probation; domestic violence assault, priors, one year in prison; domestic violence criminal threatening, priors, one year in prison; and violating condition of release, six months in jail.

Bethany R. Millet, 28, Hodgdon: operating while under the influence (alcohol) – no test, $600 fine, 14 days in jail, 150-day license suspension; and driving to endanger, $575, 30-day license suspension.

John C. Flannery, Jr., 33, Patten: domestic violence assault, 364 days in prison, all but 80 days suspended, one-year probation.

Jesse A. Merrill, 24, Houlton: criminal mischief, $250 fine and 24 hours in jail.

Amy J. Reynolds, 49, Danforth: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 30 days in jail, $120 restitution; misuse of identification, five days in jail; and failing to make oral or written accident report, $250 fine.

Angela M. Caruso, 44, Mars Hill: domestic violence assault, 15 months in prison, all but 19 days suspended, 18 months probation; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 19 days in jail; and violating condition of release, 19 days in jail.

Kendra S. Rush, 47, Mattawamkeag: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine, $370.83 restitution.

Erin M. Proctor, 36, Ludlow: negotiating a worthless instrument (two counts, 15 days in jail all suspended, one-year administrative release sentence, $1,012.72 restitution (first) and 15 days in jail, all suspended, one year administrative release sentence (second).

Kylee A. Godfrin, 21, Hodgdon: criminal mischief, $200 fine, $100 restitution.

Shelley A. Sacobie, 38, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine, $49.99 restitution.

Jonathan Silliboy, 24, Littleton: failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.

David J. Izzo, 33, Houlton: violating condition of release, 20 days in jail.

Shawn M. Michaud, 31, Stacyville: violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.

Breanne Gray, 23, Houlton: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, 150-day license suspension; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 48 hours in jail.

Benjamin Robert Guptill, 35, Patten: violating condition of release, $100 fine, four days in jail.

Heather Miller, 36, Houlton: importing freshwater fish or eggs without permit, $1,000 fine.

Barrett Nason, 29, Houlton: misuse of public benefits instrument, $100 fine.

Amanda J. Haney, 30, Houlton: misuse of public benefits instrument, $100 fine.

Kayla Nason, 26, Houlton: misuse of public benefits instrument, $100 fine.

Onix N. Ramos, 43, Houlton: misuse of public benefits instrument, $100 fine; and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Dale J. Henderson, 31, Houlton: violating condition of release, $200 fine.

Troy A. McClure, 38, Oakfield: attaching false plates, $100 fine.

Hillary A. Lundgren, 33, Monticello: burning without permit, $100 fine.

Travis W. Ferris, 37, Bridgewater: violating condition of release, seven days in jail.

Laura J. Brady, 28, Monticello: failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.

Timothy J. Hannan, 35, Houlton: disorderly conduct, fighting, 72 hours in jail.

Cheryl M. Sawyer, 37, Houlton: disorderly conduct, fighting, 72 hours in jail.

Ryan S. Varney, 34, Houlton: unlawful use of inhalants, $100 fine.

Lacey D. Dunlop, 25, Hodgdon: use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Michael Edward Gervais, 36, Houlton: littering, $100 fine.

Kristen Ganote, 19, Houlton: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.

Chad M. White, 25, Houlton: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.

Michael John Pilotte, 40, Houlton: unlicensed tattoo artist, $500 fine.
