Billie Jo Helstrom, 40, Fort Fairfield: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.
Anne G. Cyr, 53, Ashland: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, one year in prison, all but 65 days suspended, one-year probation; and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
Travis W. Ferris, 37, Mars Hill: operating while under the influence (alcohol), two priors, $1,100 fine, 30 days in jail, six-year license suspension; operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine, six months in jail.
Daniel S. Brown, 32, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, nine months in jail, all but 16 days suspended and two years’ probation.
Chad M. Hamilton, 27, Presque Isle: arson, 12 years in prison, all but three years suspended, four years’ probation and $104,020.66 restitution.
George R. Graves, 36, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $800 fine.
Becca Reynolds, 50, Fort Fairfield: domestic violence assault, 20 days in jail.
Jordan A. Field, 33, Blaine: domestic violence assault, six months in jail, all but 16 days suspended, and two years’ probation.
Sonny Drost, 25, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.
Herschel M. Higgins, 56, Presque Isle: hunting from stand or blind overlooking deer bait, $200 fine.
Lucas Wynn, 29, Chapman: OUI (drugs or combo), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, 150-day license suspension; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 48 hours in jail.
Eric F. Martin, 40, Presque Isle: failure to visit traps in unorganized town, $100 fine.
Matthew Tardie, 26, Portage Lake: OUI (drugs or combo), one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail, three-year license suspension.
Robbi L. McPherson, Jr., 40, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, $500 fine, 10 days in jail.
Lewis W. McKinney, 55, Fort Fairfield: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 150-day license suspension.
Tyler Neece, 24, Presque Isle: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 150-day license suspension.
Carlos F. Gautier Lipsett, 27, Littleton: operating while license suspended or revoked, $1,000 fine, 48 hours in jail.
Kevin G. Davenport, 26, Fort Fairfield: disorderly conduct loud unreasonable noise and criminal trespass, 48 hours in jail; and assault, $300 fine, 48 hours in jail.
Glen R. Kleinert, 38, Limestone: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 18 months in prison.
Hope A. Phillips, 36, Presque Isle: criminal mischief, seven days in jail; and domestic violence assault, six months in jail, all but 30 days suspended, two years’ probation.
Joshua G. Spittle, 29, Fort Fairfield: assault, $500 fine; and obstructing report of crime, $300 fine.
Benjamin Hickey, 33, Easton: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine and 150-day license suspension.
Albert W. Messer, 30, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine, 48 hours in jail and $40.49 restitution.
Troy Christopher Blier, 28, Fort Fairfield: domestic violence stalking and violating condition of release, 60 days in jail (each); and violating protection from abuse order, 10 days in jail.
Gregg H. Spittle, 66, Fort Fairfield: assault and obstructing government administration, $300 fine (each) .
William P. Dillon, 34, Presque Isle: assault, $300 fine, 30 days in jail.
Medore J. Lavoie, 71, Van Buren: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $400 fine.
Paul Stockley, 27, Hodgdon: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, 150-day license suspension; and failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, $250 fine.
Ashley M. Theriault, 31, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, 10 days in jail and two years’ probation.
Danielle N. Orser, 33, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $400 fine.
Matthew J. Tardie, 26, Ashland: operating while license suspended or revoked-OUI, $600 fine, seven days in jail, one-year license suspension; violating condition of release (three counts), seven days in jail (each); assault, $300 fine, 48 hours in jail; and criminal threatening, $300 fine.

Matthew R. Cocheran, 24, Caribou: failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.
