Jane Howe Hines passed away on July 12, 2016 at a nursing home in Auburn, New York.
She was born on April 15, 1929 to Richard and Florence (Joslyn) Howe in Cincinatti, Ohio. Jane grew up in Germantown, Pennsylvania and graduated from Germantown High School. Jane went on to the Philadelphia College of Art. She met Robert B. Hines during college and they married and had three children, Glenn, Blair and Melissa.
Jane is survived by these three children; and by four grandchildren, Derek Hines, Ryan Hines, Sophie Hines and William Bock. Jane also meant a lot to all of her nieces and nephews with who she kept in touch all through the years: Bruce Worrall, Linda Parker, Diana Howe, Peggy Stevens and Chris Howe. Eleven great-grandchildren, who all live in the State of Maine, also survive Jane: Grant, Dustin, Emma, Keith, Arles, Everett, George, Elsie, Angus, Floyd and Tripp Hines.
