CARIBOU, Maine — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of June.Gary A. Porter, 29, Woodland: assault, $300 fine and six months in jail.
George T. White, 29, Caribou: probation violation, 30 months in prison and probation revoked.
Trevor Mark Tompkins, 27, Ashland: probation violation, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Wallace G. Endy, Jr., 30, Mars Hill: violating condition of release, 10 days in jail; domestic violence assault, nine months in jail, all but 15 days suspended and two years’ probation.
Kevin W. Goodridge Nibby, 35, New Sweden: probation violation, seven days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Jennifer Trotter, 32, Caribou: probation violation, 15 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Joshua A. Wright, 32, Caribou: probation violation, nine months one day in prison and probation revoked.
Christopher Myshrall, 32, Blaine: probation violation, $1,000 fine, two years in prison, all but six months suspended and two years’ probation.
Jeffrey M. Curtis, 35, Presque Isle: aggravated criminal mischief, 18 months in prison, but six months suspended, one year probation and $6,764.79 restitution.
Tanya Baron, 35, Madawaska: theft by deception, priors, two years in prison, all but 120-day suspended, two years’ probation and $684 restitution.
Felix J. Bautista, 26, Presque Isle: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, eight months in prison, all but four years suspended, three years’ probation; and criminal forfeiture of property, dismissed.
