To the editor:
Why hasn’t Hillary Clinton held a real press conference since Dec. 4, 2015? Could the reason be connected to some of her health issues?
On June 10, 2016, as she was campaigning at a Washington, D.C. bakery, Hillary Clinton appeared to undergo a startle-induced seizure that lasted for several seconds. This apparent epileptic seizure was triggered by questions from some of the female reporters on Hillary’s right side, just beyond the candidate’s line of vision.
The seizure manifested when the sudden sound of the reporters’ voices provoked an unusual and exaggerated physical response from Hillary. Hillary’s head began to move around involuntarily for several seconds and her eyes lost focus and, at one point, they had an absent, checked-out look to them. She also appeared to be losing her balance and leaning backwards. Hillary was not in control!
Then the seizure was over as suddenly as it had begun and Hillary appeared to be making light of what had just happened. I encourage you to watch the more objective videos of her seizure on You Tube.
Just how serious was Hillary’s concussion in December of 2012? During an ABC interview, on May 14, 2014, Bill Clinton revealed that Hillary had had: “…a terrible concussion that required six months of very serious work to get over.” Excuse me, but It is glaringly obvious that Hillary is not really over her concussion. Being female and 65 years or older are both strong risk factors that contribute to the likelihood that a person will contract post-concussion syndrome (PCS) after a concussion. Hillary was 65 years old when she suffered her concussion.
What follows is the timeline for Hillary’s health issues during December, 2012. On Friday, the 7th, Hillary returned from a European trip with a reported stomach flu. On Monday, the 10th, she cancelled her trip to North Africa and the Middle East. According to the US State Department, Hillary fainted, fell, and hit her head, at home, early in the week of December, 9th. On Thursday, the 13th, she was diagnosed with a concussion. The New York Times reported that on Saturday, the 15th, a State Department official stated that the concussion: “was not severe.” Obviously, this official statement flies in the face of Bill Clinton’s portrayal of “what was a terrible concussion.”
Sunday, December, 30th: State Department spokesman, Philippe Reines, reported that, “In the course of a follow-up exam today, Hillary Clinton’s doctors discovered that a blood clot had formed stemming from the concussion she sustained” earlier in the month. Hillary’s blood clot had formed in a vein that is located in the space that is situated between the brain and the skull behind her right ear. She was treated with blood thinners and put under 48-hour observation. Reines went on to state that, “Her doctors will continue to assess her condition, including other issues associated with her concussion.” At the time, her doctors expressed their confidence that, “…she will make a full recovery.”
Yet, almost four years later, Hillary is experiencing epileptic seizures that are most likely related to her traumatic brain injury (TBI), which is what a concussion is. Furthermore, this was not the first time that Hillary had had a blood clot form in one of her veins. In both 1998 and 2009 she had contracted thrombosis in one of her legs. On July 31, 2015, Hillary’s doctors revealed that she was still taking the blood thinner warfarin. Since it is most likely that she is still taking this blood thinner today, this puts her at a high risk for hemorrhaging. It also means that if she were to ever fall during one of her seizures, or otherwise, and hit her head, she would be at high risk for having a cerebral hemorrhage with the increased potential for having a stroke or dying.
Without a blood thinner, however, Hillary is at high risk for getting a pulmonary embolism which leads to death in one third of those who form this type of blood clot in their lung or a coronary thrombosis (heart attack). Moreover, Hillary also has an underactive thyroid for which she is being treated with dessicated pig thyroid. This means that Hillary has had the dosage of her blood thinner increased. If she were to fall and suffer another head injury, this could put her at an even greater risk for a cerebral hemorrhage with all of its dire consequences.
Then there are those long, dry coughing spells that have afflicted Hillary since, at least, 2008. These spells occur when she is speaking, and they are not normal. What is their real cause? Is she taking ACE inhibitors for high blood pressure or possibly a heart condition? The most common serious side effect of an ACE inhibitor is a persistent, dry, irritating cough. Or maybe there is a more serious issue concerning Hillary’s health that we are not being told about. What else is Hillary hiding?
Given her disturbing health issues, perhaps it is time for Hillary to face the stark reality of her mortality, let go of her unrealistic dream to become the first woman President of the USA and quit this very stressful presidential race before it results in a serious health issue that threatens her life. Besides, she owes Bernie Sander his rightful chance to be the Democratic nominee for president that was so unfairly denied to him by the deceitful operatives at the DNC.
