The Maine Department of Transportation announced Monday that it would be doing construction on several ramps to Interstate-95 in southern Aroostook County.
According to Jon Bither, project manager for MDOT, starting Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2016 the Exit 291 southbound on-ramp in Smyrna will be closed from from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. Thursday for repairs and paving by Lane Construction.
On Thursday, Sept. 15, from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. Friday, Exit 302 southbound off ramp in Houlton will be closed. The Exit 302 on ramp will be closed Friday, Sept. 16, at 9 p.m. to Saturday, 6 a.m.
