The Aroostook Youth Basketball League (AYBL) is an organization committed to providing competitive basketball opportunities for youth in grades 3-8, serving as a feeder program for high school teams.
Youth will have an opportunity to be on a team that plays a 10-14 game schedule, with games at home and away in towns like P.I., Caribou, Madawaska, and Fort Kent.
If you are a boy or girl in grades 5 or 6 and you are interested in playing, please send an email with child’s name, school they attend, grade, and physical address to Karter Kenney at houltonaybl@gmail.com by Sept. 21. Please be advised that, depending on the number of boys and girls who sign up and coaches who volunteer, tryouts may be necessary. The season runs from Oct. 1, 2016 until Jan. 7, 2017.
