Harvest supper helps Teen camp

More than 20 prizes will be raffled off during fundraiser

     NEW SWEDEN, Maine — The Aroostook Teen Leadership Camp program, a leadership development and drug prevention effort of Aroostook Mental Health Services Inc., will hold its annual Harvest Supper on Saturday, Sept. 24 at the New Sweden Consolidated School. 

     A buffet turkey supper will be served from 4:30-6:30 p.m. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased in advance by contacting Amber Stedt at 498-6431 or by e-mailing astedt@amhc.org.Tickets may also be purchased at the door.

     In addition to the supper, more than 20 prizes will be raffled off, including an autographed baseball from the Boston Red Sox’s Clay Buckholtz, 100 gallons of oil, handcrafted wooden tables, a course waiver from Northern Maine Community College and tickets for three  Maine Black Bear Sports (football and men’s and women’s basketball), to name a few. Raffle tickets are $1 apiece or $10 for arm’s length.

     All proceeds will benefit the Aroostook Teen Leadership Camp program.
