Information about our Halloween Contest was discussed, there will be prizes for first- and second-place winners. Dig out your favorite costume and join us on Oct. 19 at the Smoki-Haulers Snowclub in Oakfield.
The 50/50 winner this week was Charlotte Marley. Lisa Moulton from the Agency on Aging in Presque Isle was our guest speaker with lots of info about the upcoming Medicare Open Enrollment in October. She also shared with us that if you are in need of equipment such as wheelchairs to call the Agency for more information about that need.
The business meeting was called to order and all the reports were read and accepted. Attending were: Marie Gillotti, Arlene Friel, Bob and Delores Locke, Bernice Campbell, Earl and Lottie Doughty, Iona Nadeau, Nacie Fowler, Alma Russell, Sharon Anderson, Wannetta Townsend, Don and Charlotte Marley, George Barrow and guest Lisa Moulton. All seniors are invited to join us.
