    CORMIER, Prescillé Bourque, 100, Presque Isle, October 8, 2016. A private memorial service will be held at a later date at the Parish of the Precious Blood, Presque Isle. Arrangements are under the care of the Giberson-Dorsey Funeral Home, Fort Fairfield.

    PRESQUE ISLE — Prescillé “Pat” Bourque Cormier at the age of 100 died October 8, 2016, at her residence in Presque Isle. She was the wife of 52 years to the late Alfred “Fred” P. Cormier. She was born on July 2, 1916 in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada, the daughter of the late Tilmon and Alida (Gagnon) Bourque.
    She and Alfred owned and operated Presque Isle Radiator Works for 37 years where she acted as bookkeeper. She was a communicant of the Parish of the Precious Blood, St. Mary’s Catholic Church.
    She is survived by her two sons: Paul & wife Sandra, Charles & wife Cheryl all of Fort Fairfield; ten grandchildren: Michelin Brown, Michael Brown & spouse Raimie, Rachelle Cormier Roy & spouse Kendall, Ryan Cormier & spouse Angela, Eric Cormier & spouse Lauren, Jessica Jenkins White & spouse Justin, Julie Jenkins & spouse Jeff Anderson, Christy Cormier and Craig Cormie and Paula Bennett; ten great-grandchildren; two brothers: Laurie, and Joseph all of Memramcook, NB Canada and a sister Annette Blanchette of Dieppe, NB Canada.
    She was predeceased by her husband: Alfred, two daughters: Geraldine Brown, Jacqueline Jenkins; sisters: Eulalie Bourque, Imelda Landry, Germaine Andrews and brothers: Thaddée, Gérard & Camille.
    The family would like to thank the staff of Leisure Gardens, Senior Domestics, EIM, VNA and Hospice for the care and compassion extended to our mother.

    A private memorial service will be held at a later date at the Parish of the Precious Blood, St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Main Street, Presque Isle. Private interment will take place at Fairmount Cemetery, Presque Isle. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Giberson-Dorsey Funeral Home, 144 Main Street, Fort Fairfield.
