Aroostook County Action Program (ACAP) is an area leader in providing a wide range of services to citizens across Aroostook County.
To help ensure that the services they deliver are directed to the areas of highest need, ACAP is conducting a comprehensive community assessment. Aroostook County residents, like yourself, can help influence their planning efforts for the agency as well as help to determine which regional needs receive the most attention.
Please take 10 minutes to complete an anonymous online survey by visiting www.acap-me.org and click on “Please Take Our Community Assessment Survey” at the top of the home page.
