Eight indicted for conspiracy, drugs

HOULTON — The Aroostook County grand jury during its October session indicted two Orient residents who were allegedly operating a methamphetamine lab and indicted six other residents from Aroostook and Washington counties for alleged conspiracy to commit unlawful operation of a methamphetamine laboratory in their respective communities.
According to the grand jury indictments that were released by the Aroostook County district attorney’s office on Oct. 13, Zachary Faulkner, 28, and Angel Stoddard, 19, both of Orient, were indicted for operation of a methamphetamine lab. According to court documents obtained Wednesday, the offenses for both Faulkner and Stoddard allegedly took place on July 13 in Orient.
The following people were indicted on charges of conspiracy to commit unlawful operation of a meth lab for allegedly “agreeing to purchase necessary methamphetamine precursors from Zachary Faulkner and Angel Stoddard”: Chase Honeywell, 20, Brookton; Wade A. Frye, 36, Danforth; Dillon D. Carmichael, 18, Houlton; Stephen L. Voisine, 56, Wytopitlock; Amy J. Reynolds, 49, Wytopitlock; and Kaleb Hagerty, 19, Brookton.
All of the offenses allegedly occurred on July 13 in Orient, and the investigation was conducted by the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency.

Steven J. Gonya, 31, Houlton, theft with priors.
Garry S. Allen Jr., 45, Charleston, operating after revocation.
Michael A. Morneault Jr., 20, Hermon, assault on an officer (two counts).
Todd Burdick, 45, Sherman, unlawful operation of a meth lab.
Ricky A. Grant Jr., 34, Patten, operating after revocation, improper plates.
Nathan A. Fox, 21, Forest City, eluding an officer, driving to endanger, criminal speeding.
Justin A. LaPlante, 30, Caribou, unlawful sexual contact, tampering with victim, obstructing prosecution.
Ian M. Clark, 20, Millinocket, eluding an officer, driving to endanger, operating after revocation, criminal mischief, violation of bail.
Robbie Michaud, 32, Fort Kent, possession of sexually explicit materials.
John A. McBreairty, 24, Caribou, eluding an officer, driving to endanger, failure to stop, reckless operation of an all-terrain vehicle.
Clair A. Doody, 31, Woodland, theft.
Pamela K. Atkins, 51, Frenchville, operating after revocation, violation of bail.
Troy J. Soucy, 40, Madawaska, burglary, theft.
Richard S. Gilman, 23, Millinocket, arson, conspiracy to commit arson.
John E. Craig, 47, Madawaska, arson (two counts), conspiracy to commit arson, false swearing.
Robert L. Wright Jr., 26, Easton, theft by deception.

Ashley M. Theriault, 33, Perham, unlawful operation of a methamphetamine laboratory.
Gregory D. Moors, 33, Perham, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs (two counts).
Christopher A. Myshrall, 32, Presque Isle, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs, illegal importation of drugs.
Sandra Peterpaul, 44, Presque Isle, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs (two counts).
Sarah F. Hartley, 39, Caribou, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.
Thomas L. Hammond, 49, Patten, gross sexual assault (three counts), unlawful sexual contact (two counts).
James G. Croxen, 38, Linneus, terrorizing, violation of bail, aggravated criminal mischief.
Timothy J. Hannan, 36, Houlton, domestic violence assault with priors, violation of bail.
