BROWN – A girl, Phoebe Elise Brown, born Sept. 16, 2016, to Katie and Andrew Brown of Washburn. Maternal grandmother is Dawn Philbrick of Presque Isle. Paternal grandparents are Sherie and Scott Brown of Fort Fairfield.
BROWN – A girl, Claire Elizabeth Brown, born Sept. 17, 2016, to Sarah and Eric Brown of Caribou. Maternal grandparents are Mary and Craig McGlinn of Woodland. Paternal grandparents are Charlene and Chuck Brown of Caribou.
MILLS – A girl, Kayleigh Isabelle Mills, born Sept. 17, 2016, to Amber French and Leigh Mills of Presque Isle. Paternal grandparents are Victoria Thompson of Presque Isle and Lendal Mills of Caribou.
PIERCE – A boy, Luke Shane Pierce, born Sept. 21, 2016, to Melissa and Shane Pierce of Blaine. Maternal grandparents are Paula and Steve Robinson of Blaine. Paternal grandparents are Shelba and Larry Pierce of Fort Fairfield.
