Sunday, Oct. 30
1:25 a.m. — Officer Boutilier responded to Court Street where he arrested a 49-year-old Houlton man for aggravated assault.
11:28 a.m. — Officer York responded to Maliseet Drive to investigate an assault.
10:56 p.m. — Officer Janakis responded to Hogan Street to investigate a disturbance.
Monday, Oct. 31
6:29 a.m. — Officer Quint responded to Hillview Avenue to investigate a theft/forgery/fraud report.

Saturday, Nov. 5

4:21 p.m. — Officer Quint responded to Pleasant Street for an animal complaint.
7:10 p.m. — Officer Bickford responded to Court Street to investigate a motor vehicle accident.
HPD Corner
The Houlton Police Department wishes to remind Houlton citizens, and those who park in Houlton that the All Night Parking Ban goes into effect Nov. 1 and will remain in effect until March 31 for all streets in Houlton.
The General Ordinance of the Town of Houlton (Section 14-520) reads “No person shall park a vehicle on any street in Houlton during the period beginning Nov. 1, and ending March 31.”
The Houlton Police Department will be strongly enforcing the parking band between the hours of 1-6 a.m.
The ordinance is in effect to allow the Town’s Public Works to remove snow. Vehicles in violation will be ticketed. Those vehicles that hinder snow removal will be towed at the owner’s expense. The Houlton Police Department urges all citizens to comply with the Ordinance, and appreciate your cooperation
