     CARIBOU: Skywarn Spotter training program at NOAA’s Caribou weather bureau, 810 Main St., at 9 a.m. for ham operators and other interested citizens.

     CARIBOU: “Celebrating the Holidays with the Tuttles” at the Caribou Historical Center and Museum, featured now through December. Come explore the lives of Mr. and Mrs. Leander Tuttle. Open Saturdays 12-4 p.m., 1033 Presque Isle Rd.

     NEW SWEDEN: Annual Christmas Fair at the New Sweden Covenant Church, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Lunch, baked goods, wreaths, crafts, antiques and more.
