Gilbert E. “Gib” Anderson, 95, of Sun City Center, FL, passed away on November 25, 2016. He was born in Caribou, ME July 27, 1921.
He was a veteran of World War II and became a weatherman for 30 years with the US Government. In retirement, he sailed and played golf. He was an active member of the Anah Temple and the Masons. Gib was predeceased by his wife Elme Shaw Anderson in 2003, and his son Kristofer Anderson of Naples, FL in 2015.
He is survived by daughters Jo Ellen Lowell of FL and Janice Irene Anderson of Alaska, three grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. Private family arrangements have been made.
