Sunday, Nov. 20
1:05 p.m. — Officer Quint responded to Charles Street to investigate a burglary.
3:23 p.m. — Officer Quint responded to North Street where he summoned a 44-year-old New Brunswick woman for theft by deception.
Monday, Nov. 21
11:53 a.m. — Officer Bickford responded to Columbia Street to investigate a report of suspicious activity.
1:27 p.m. — Officer Bickford responded to North Street to investigate a motor vehicle accident.
1:48 p.m. — Officer Bickford responded to Court Street to investigate a complaint.
2 p.m. — Officer Bickford responded to Abbie Lane for an animal complaint.
5:22 p.m. — Officer Janakis responded to Broadway to investigate a motor vehicle accident.
6:28 p.m. — Officer Boutilier responded to North Street to investigate a complaint.
9:48 p.m. — Officer Janakis responded to Cooks Brook Road to investigate a report of suspicious activity.

6:57 p.m. — Officer Janakis responded to Court Street where he arrested a 34-year-old Houlton man for operating under the influence.

12:45 p.m. — – Officer Bickford responded to North Street where he summonsed a 38-year-old Sanford woman for driving while license was suspended or revoked.
10 p.m. — Officer Janakis responded to Military Street to investigate a reported harassment.
11:51 p.m. — Officer Boutilier responded to White Settlement Road to investigate a disturbance.
11:57 p.m. — Officer Janakis responded to Military Street for an animal complaint.

The Houlton Police Dept. is urging the cooperation of all citizens to take special note not to park in designated areas that are set aside for handicapped persons.
Unless your vehicle bears a special handicap registration plate or placard issued under Maine Title 29, section 252, or a similar plate issued from another State. Citizens in violation will be cited for a penalty not less than $50. Please help us to recognize those people that need a little more help than others, by not parking in their parking space.
