Guerrette joins United Way
The United Way of Aroostook is pleased to welcome Ryan Guerrette as the newest member of the Board of Directors.
Ryan Guerrette comes to the United Way as a lifelong County resident, graduating from Central Aroostook High School in 1996 and NMCC in 1998 with an associate’s degree in business administration. In 1998, he received the NMCC 50 Shining Star Award, which recognized individuals who make a positive difference in their profession, community, and the lives of others around them. Guerrette is currently employed by Townsquare Media as the director of sales. Prior to this position, Ryan spent 15 years as the operations manager at Bigrock Mountain.
When asked why he joined the United Way Team, Guerrette had this to say. “I believe the United Way is doing great things for our local communities. They support so many worthwhile causes that it only makes sense to me to lend a helping hand where I can. I’m a firm believer that if you want a better community you have to do your part. I feel this is a great way for me to do that.”
Guerrette lives in Presque Isle with his wife Jamie and two daughters, Carly and Bobbi Jo. In his spare time he enjoys officiating soccer, umpiring softball, playing golf, and spending time with his family.
