    ROBINSON, Hollis L., 69, Masardis, December 8, 2016. Spring interment will be at the Robinson Family Cemetery, Masardis. Arrangements are under the care of the Duncan-Graves Funeral Home.

    MASARDIS – Hollis L. Robinson, 69, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, December 8, 2016, at his home surrounded by people who loved him dearly. He was born November 1, 1947, in Ashland, the son of E. Monroe and Annie (Hafford) Robinson.
    He worked and retired from the Paper Mill in Millinocket. He also worked for the towns of Ashland and Masardis, and he owned and operated H&W Construction in Masardis. Hollis loved his Lord and his family. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, skiing, and canoeing. He was a firefighter for the towns of Masardis and Ashland.
    He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Wendy (Merrill) of Masardis; his children, Sherry Cote of East Millinocket, Hollis Jr. of Millinocket, Amy (Hersey) Cyr and her husband, Eric of Cumberland, April (Hersey) LaPlante and her husband, Ryan of Guyton, GA; four brothers, Larry Robinson and his wife, Pat of the state of Washington, Stanford of Dexter, Maynard and his wife, Lynn of Millinocket, Alden and his wife, Gielse of St. Albans; a sister, Jennie Ann Frost and her husband, Kenneth of Dexter; grandchildren, Leanna, Garrett, Dylan, Dakota, Madison, Nicholas, Genevieve, Vivian, Tristan, Micah, Loen, Ivan and Vincent; as well as many well loved nieces and nephews.
    The family wishes to thank Cancer Care of Maine, Brewer; Sarah’s House, Holden; Aroostook Cancer Care, Presque Isle; and Hospice of Aroostook for all the support given to them.
    Friends called at noon Tuesday, December 13, 2016, at the Advent Christian Church in Ashland where a celebration of life was held at 1 p.m. with Pastor Don Morton officiating. Spring interment will be at the Robinson Family Cemetery, Masardis.
