Aroostook County Superior Court

     CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of November.

     Chad Berthiaume, 43, Van Buren: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $2,000 fine and $120 restitution.

     Jeffrey T. Hardgrove, 40, Presque Isle: probation violation, probation partially revoked, probation continued and no sentence imposed.

     Aaron C. Dyer, 31, Presque Isle: probation violation, four months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued and $250 restitution.

     Desiree V. Bennett, 26, Fort Fairfield: probation violation, 45 days in jail and probation revoked.

     Gary G. Grivois, 31, St. David: probation violation, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.

     Jared R. Ellis, 23, Presque Isle: probation violation, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.

     Trevor Mark Tompkins, 29, Ashland: probation violation, 20 months in prison and probation revoked.

     Brandon J. Mills, 27, Mars Hill: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.

    David M. Berkley, 27, St. Agatha: stealing drugs, three months in prison, all suspended and two years’ probation.

     Steven V. Shola, 23, Caribou: probation violation, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.

     Shane D. Giberson, 25, Mars Hill: probation violation, 180 days in jail and probation revoked.

     Troy Maynard, 45, Caribou: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures and $300 fine.

     Leda L. Giggey, 45, Mars Hill: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $500 fine, 36 months in prison; unlawful possession of oxycodone, $500 fine, 36 months in prison, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, $500 fine, 364 days in prison, and criminal forfeiture of property, forfeited.

 

     Christopher G. Albert, 40, Fort Kent: theft by deception, three years in prison, all but 10 months suspended, two years’ probation and $6,359 restitution.
