     LIMESTONE: Knitting/crocheting club, Frost Memorial Library, 6 p.m. FMI: 325-4706.

     PRESQUE ISLE: Aroostook Birders movie night, 6:30-8 p.m., at the Department of Environmental Protection, 1235 Central Dr. The documentary “The Messenger” will be featured, along with popcorn, coffee and hot cocoa.

Saturday, Jan. 21

     CARIBOU: Regular meeting of the Caribou Historical Center and Museum, 10 a.m. at the museum. Members and others interested are welcome. Refreshments will be served.

     CARIBOU: Caribou Historical Center and Museum honors the Caribou Grange 138 (Patrons of Husbandry) during January and February. Museum open Saturdays 12-4 p.m. All are welcome to investigate the history of the Grange, its buildings and activities.

Thursday, Jan. 26

     CARIBOU: National Active and Retired Federal Employees (NARFE) will meet at the Jade Palace, with registration at 11:30 a.m., followed by lunch buffet and a presentation by speaker Mike Ayers on tax information.
