CARIBOU — Dolores M. Sullivan, 79 passed away Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at Cary Medical Center after a long illness. Dolores was born in Bangor on April 14, 1937 to Avon and Lydia (Hebert) Wilcox.

She married George F Sullivan, Sr. on October 16, 1954 in Perth Andover, NB. They celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary just prior to his death in November 2014. Dolores loved crocheting and having fun with her family and friends.
She is survived by her nine children: Lena of FL, Donna of Woodland, Mary of CA, George of TX, Geri Martin of Fort Fairfield, David Sullivan of Caribou, William of Caribou, Jeffery of Colorado, Robin Sullivan of Portland. She leaves her siblings: a brother Allie Wilcox of South Portland, sisters Patricia McDonald of Windham, Sharon Shepard of Biddeford, Marilyn Larrabee of Westbrook and Nancy Kennedy of Portland. In addition, she will be missed by 24 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. she was predeceased by her parents, and siblings: Avon Wilcox, Jr., Marie Wilcox Campbell, Anita Wilcox Gregg, Robert Wilcox and grandson Jason Guerrette.
Friends and family called from 10-11 a.m. Monday, January 16 at the Caribou Assemblies of God Church, Sweden Street, Caribou, where a celebration of life was held at 11 a.m. Pastor Don Owen officiating.
