CADET — Civil Air Patrol’s County Composite Squadron of Caribou and Presque Isle recently honored Cadet Seth Lister as Cadet of the Month for January 2017.
Lister displayed the CAP core value of excellence through his diligent recruiting efforts on behalf of the squadron. He is the son of Jason and Christine Lister of Caribou.
