HOULTON, Maine — The Harlem Superstars, a comedy basketball team based out of Massachussetts, return to Aroostook County this week to help raise money and entertain audiences.
On Friday, March 24, the Superstars bring their high-energy entertainment to Houlton Middle-Senior High School with a 7 p.m. show against the school’s “senior dream team.” Tickets for the Houlton show are $7 in advance or $8 at the door. The event is a fundraiser for the Class of 2017.
The Houlton “Dream Team” consists of seniors Hannah Foley, Rylee Warman, Mikayla Fitzpatrick, Elizabeth Ward, Cameron Graham, Morgan Grant, Dylan Johnston, Emma Peterson, Nick Botting and Jacob Worthley.
On Saturday, March 25, the Superstars head to Katahdin Area High School for a 7 p.m. show against the “senior dream team.” Tickets for this show are $8 in advance and $10 at the door. A portion of the proceeds go to the seniors’ Project Graduation fund.
Participating on the Katahdin “Dream Team” are Keith Brackett, Kenneth Brackett, Erin Buhler, Bailey Campbell, Autumn Cullen, Ashley Cullins, Michael Cummings, Rylee Fitzpatrick, Mallory Glidden, Jacob Goodman, Kelsey Hamm, Tehya Harrison, Dalton Hart, Emily Knowles, Dylan Kyllonen, Georgia Landry, Devin McGraw, Bailee Moody-Kay, Breanna Nason, Chelsea Noonan, Kendra Patterson, Gage Porter and Erin Robinson.
The Harlem Superstars are a group of talented basketball players whose main mission is to entertain kids and their families through “show time” basketball. The shows are filled with fan participation and plenty of laughs.
