Looking outside, softball season appears to be a ways off. Still, the Caribou and Presque Isle recreation departments are planning ahead by conducting organizational meetings for co-ed and men’s softball on Tuesday, April 18 at the Caribou Wellness and Recreation Center.
The co-ed meeting is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. and the men’s softball meeting will start at 7 p.m.
Any team wishing to participate in either of the leagues should have a representative at the meeting. Those not yet on a team but wishing to play may call the recreation center at 493-4224 to get their name on a list that will be passed along to the team representatives at the meeting.
League rules, dues and starting dates will be discussed and all necessary paperwork will be given to each team representative. Those with questions should call 493-4224.
