- (040117-2) Council accepts the bid amount of $77.00 per ton for hot-top asphalt mix from Steelstone Industries of Houlton, Maine.
- (040117-3) Council accepts the bid of $8,456.30 from Fine Line Pavement Striping of Herman, Maine, for hand placed pavement markings throughout the town. (Note: Funds budgeted in 2017 PWD)
- (040117-4) Council accepts the bid of $8,921.17 from Fine Line Pavement Striping of Hermon, Maine, for machine placed pavement markings throughout the town. (Note: Funds budgeted in 2016 PWD)
