ROCKPORT, Maine — Four athletic administrators from the region garnered special recognition during the Maine Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association’s spring conference.
All were honored at an awards luncheon held Thursday, April 6.
Caribou High School’s David Wakana received the Special Achievement Award from the Aroostook League, while Mark White of SAD 1 in Presque Isle was presented the Keith Lancaster Professional Development Award.
Steve Shaw was given a crystal plaque in recognition of his 20 years at Easton.
Wakana earned a silver bowl for his 15 years and Todd Albert of Caribou Middle School received a five-year service pin.
