On April 4, the weight group called the Happy Losers held the weekly meeting at the United Baptist Church vestry in Island Falls.
Jackie Pratt, the leader, opened the meeting and welcomed members, followed by the pledge and roll call.
Seven members weighed in and attended the meeting.
Shirley Sides was the loser of the week and Jackie Pratt was runner-up. Great job, ladies.
The secretary and treasurer gave reports for the week.
There was no program, just discussions on losing weight for the summer.
All are welcome to the group, which meets every wednesday. Weigh-in is from 8 to 8:30 a.m. and the meeting usually starts at 8:30. Call 365-4884 for more information.
