SEBRING, Maine — Thelma (Soucy) Churchill passed away peacefully in her 82nd year on Sunday, March 12, 2017 at The Palms of Sebring Retirement Community. Thelma was born in Saint-Leonard, NB, Canada, on January 31, 1935, the daughter of Alphonse and Helene (Gauvin) Soucy.
Thelma is survived by her son Bruce Albert and fiancee Robyn Rochetto of Marietta, GA; her daughter Tina Albert of Lowell, MA; her brothers Yvon and Armand Soucy, and brother Leonard Soucy and Wife Lynn, all of Saint-Leonard, NB; and her sisters Juliette Cote of Caribou, ME; and Raymonde Smith and husband Rodney of St. Leonard, NB.
The family is grateful to all staff of The Florida Hospital Heartland Medical Center and all staff of The Palm of Sebring Retirement Community for the loving care they provided to Thelma over the past several years.
At Thelma’s request, there will be no funeral service or reception. Thelma was cremated in Sebring, FL. Spring interment will occur in Marietta, GA.
