HOULTON, Maine — The following cases were heard in Superior Court at the Houlton Courthouse during the month of February, 2017.
Matthew R. Davis, 36, Houlton: murder (two counts), life in prison, $24,514.01 restitution (first) and life in prison (second); arson (four counts), 25 years in prison (first), 15 years in prison (second), 12 years in prison (third) and 10 years in prison (fourth); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts), six years in prison (first), 30 months in prison (second) and six months in prison (third); and aggravated criminal mischief, 30 months in prison.
Leslie G. Nason, 31, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, nine months, one day in prison, and $1,730 restitution.
