First Friday Luncheon
The Mapleton United Methodist Church will hold its regular First Friday Luncheon on May 5 at 11:30 a.m. The public is invited to attend.
If you have missed these luncheons, please plan to attend. These are excellent times to meet friends and neighbors you may not see often. There is no charge for the lunch but donations are accepted.
Senior Citizens Meeting
The Mapleton, Chapman and Castle Hill Seniors Group’s members will enjoy a pizza lunch for their next meeting, Monday, May 1, at the Mapleton Pizza house. Thanks goes to the Pizza House for hosting the group.
Also, the second meeting of the month on May 16 will return to its potluck luncheon meeting format at the Mapleton United Methodist Church. Participants should remember to bring something for the potluck and their place setting.
The group’s last meeting before the summer break will be Monday, June 5.
