Island Falls Seniors
With enough food to nourish a small regiment, our group met April 20 at the municipal building With 17 members attending. Our potluck lunch was more than adequately supplied with lots of meat dishes, casseroles and desserts.
After cleanup, president, Rich Camire, opened the meeting with the Lord’s Prayer and flag salute, and the secretary and treasurer gave their reports. We then discussed and voted on our spring outing for May 18. After several places were suggested, by popular vote we will go to Bonanza in Presque Isle.
Paige brought to our attention that AMHC has a program in place to assist homeless and mentally challenged with needs to obtain food, housing, etc. On our next meeting on May 4, Karen McNally, who is a provider for the Farmshare program, will explain the program to any who are not Farmshare members.
After adjournment, we played Bingo.

Our next meeting will fall on May 4, and we will play the Bag Game. An open invitation is always extended.
