Hampton Inn receives excellence award

PRESQUE ISLE, Maine — The Hampton Inn by Hilton in Presque Isle recently received the Circle of Excellence Award for its commitment to service and customer satisfaction.  The award recognizes the top 10 percent of Hampton Inns in the world based on Total Quality scores from customers.

General Manager Adam Cyr said the Presque Isle Hampton Inn is one of 2,200 branches in the world, which makes the Circle of Excellence Award an even greater honor for himself and the staff.

“We’ve been pretty lucky to be able to do this for over three or four years now.  I credit all of this to the staff and the great work they do every day,” Cyr said Thursday, April 20.

Winning the Circle of Excellence Award establishes the Hampton Inn as one of the top-performing hotels within the company’s 14 brands.  Cyr and staff members received a brand trophy to display in their lobby as well as a plaque that honors their award.

“On behalf of the staff, we are very honored to receive this brand award,” Cyr said. “I’m extremely proud of my team and their efforts.”
