Presque Isle High students auditioned back in November, along with students from all over the state in the hopes of being chosen to sing at the All State Music Festival. Abby Shaw and Caroline Woods were selected to sing in the treble choir, while Aaron Swanson and Torrey LeVesque were selected to sing in the mixed choir. The festival involved two days of rehearsal and a concert on Saturday at the Collins Center for the Arts that took place May 18-20.  Middle school and high school choruses also will perform in the concert to be held at 7 p.m. June 1 at the Presque Isle Middle School auditorium. The high school chorus will feature many soloists and selections, including Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah,” “Godspell,” “Away from the Roll of the Sea,”and Beethoven’s “Hallelujah Chorus.”
