The Oakfield Senior Citizens met on May 17, 2017 at the Smoki-Haulers Snowmobile Club for their last meeting of the month. Following the potluck luncheon the business meeting was called to order by Mr. Locke with the Lord’s Prayer and the Flag Salute.
Charlotte Marley won the 50/50. The annual Peanut Butter and Jelly fight against hunger campaign by The Bangor Savings Bank is in progress during the month of May and we will be collecting these at our next meeting on June 7.
Members recognized May birthdays. Earl Doughty entertained us with his accordion and harmonica.
