CARIBOU, Maine — The National Weather Service in Caribou has issued a flash flood watch for northeast, northwest and southeast Aroostook County from Monday afternoon, June 19, through Tuesday morning, June 20, 2017.
Thunderstorms with heavy rainfall are likely Monday afternoon into Monday night.
A flash flood watch means that conditions may develop that lead to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.
