PRESQUE ISLE, Maine — Hampton Inn by Hilton in Presque Isle recently received its second award this spring with a 2017 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence Award.
Now in its seventh year, the achievement celebrates hospitality businesses that have earned great traveler reviews on TripAdvisor over the past year. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.
“It is an honor to be recognized with a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence Award,” said Adam Cyr, general manager of Hampton Inn by Hilton Presque Isle. “We are proud of our team, and we are thankful for the guests who have taken the time to review our property with excellent ratings.”
Located at 768 Main Street in Presque Isle, Hampton Inn features a number of amenities, including a Perfect Mix Lobby with a variety of seating and lighting options for both leisure and business travelers.
Earlier this spring the inn won a Circle of Excellence Award for its commitment to service and customer satisfaction. The award recognized the top 10 percent of Hampton Inns in the world based on customer scoring. Cyr and staff members received a brand trophy to display in their lobby.
