HOULTON, Maine — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Houlton Courthouse during the month of May.

Benuel B. Esch, 48, Smyrna: probation violation, 120 days in jail and probation partially revoked.

Michael J. Cooper, 28, Limestone: operating after habitual offender revocation, $1,000 fine, 30 days in jail.

Nicholas L. Ireland, 19, New Limerick: assault, $300 fine, 96 hours in jail.

Michael Bakeman, 26, Sherman Mills: criminal trespass, 10 days in jail (two counts); false public alarm or report, 10 days in jail.

George E. Peaslee, 38, Presque Isle: assault, $300 fine.

Karen M. Shaw, 57, Bridgewater: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $200 fine.

Tyson Cofske, 32, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, 26 days in jail and probation continued.

Mark E. Sawyer, 61, Houlton: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, filed on $500 costs.

Steven James Gonya, 31, Warren: assault, $300 fine, 180 months in prison (two counts); criminal mischief, six months in jail; violating condition of release, 60 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, one year in prison; criminal trespass, 30 days in jail; misuse of public benefits instrument, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release, six months in jail.

Tammy Cyr, 53, Fort Fairfield: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.

Andrew L. Allen, 52, Sherman: burning prohibited material, 24 hours in jail.

William Luther, 61, Auburn, NH: operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, 76 hours in jail, 150-day license suspension.

Tanya M. Graham, 36, Houlton: assault, $300 fine, six months in jail; criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, four years in prison all but one year suspended, two years’ probation, $5,676.80 restitution; operating after habitual offender revocation 2 prior, $1,000 fine, one year in prison.

Crystal J. Flewelling, 30, Houlton: misuse of public benefits instrument, $200 fine, $248.01 restitution.

James W. Tarr, Jr., 51, New Limerick: violation of number, amount, weight or size of fish, $140 fine.

James I. Keaton, 26, Warren: burglary of a motor vehicle, nine months in prison; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, nine months in prison.

Nicholas L. Ireland, 19, Houlton: assault, $300 fine, 96 hours in jail; violating condition of release, $300 fine, 96 hours in jail.

Benjamin D. Callnan, 40, Houlton: attaching false plates, $100 fine.

Allen M. Saunders, 29, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.

Franklin Connors, 32, Houlton: reckless conduct, $575 fine.

Jennifer Ireland, 42, Oakfield: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, 48 hours in jail.

Sabastian Walton, 20, Houlton: OUI (drugs or combo), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, one year 60-day license suspension.

Matthew A. Phillips, 20, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, 90 days in jail all but 24 days suspended, two years’ probation.

Kevin G. Davenport, 27, Fort Fairfield: violating condition of release, $250 fine.

Zachary Pearley Cottle, 25, Houlton: violating condition of release, 96 hours in jail.

Matthew A. Phillips, 20, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, 24 days in jail; violating condition of release, 24 days in jail.

Angelique I. Margison, 53, Houlton: violating protection from abuse order, 48 hours in jail.

Michael Little, 32, Houlton: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Shane A. Batchelder, 46, Stacyville: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $750 fine.

Victor A. McEachern, 53, Houlton: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine, 50 hours’ community service.

Joellen J. Clegg, 35, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.

Tyler Brown, 19, Houlton: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine; violating condition of release, 24 hours in jail.

Timothy Elliott, 64, Brewer: violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.

Cody Condon, 17, Linneus: operating vehicle without license, $200 fine.

James D. Toby, 17, Hodgdon: possession of tobacco products by minor, 15 hours’ community service.

Fawn Burnette, 57, Houlton: keeping unlicensed dog, $50 fine.
