ORIENT, Maine — About 150 people turned out Saturday, July 29, for the 25th annual CLIC (Chiputneticook Lakes International Conservancy) picnic on Half Moon Island on East Grand Lake.

Participants arrived by boat and enjoyed a free hot dog luncheon with french fries and beverages provided by CLIC. The event also served as an opportunity for members to socialize with lake friends and make new acquaintances.
