CARIBOU, Maine — The Caribou Public Library Archives and Special Collections contain numerous unidentified photographs of WWI military personnel.
Many of these pictures are what we call “orphaned.” Many donors drop off an old family photo without identifying who the person is. This is our 7th photograph in this series of Any ID Who?
